Wow that sucks. There wasn't many more than 5 people there who weren't in bands though haha. Its too bad more people didn't come. I thought it was a good show.

that's what happened at the last show, 40 some people confirmed and only like 10 other than bands showed up, and hardly anyone paid. haha. oh well that show was a blast, and i'm sure that this one was awesome.

yeah and maybe 5 people stuck around for the whole thing. some left in the middle of our set too, which was pretty shitty to see.

The amount of people confirming on facebook is never correct, so I tend to not pay attention to that. I still can't think of a good reason this show was so poorly attended. Must just have been one of those off days. It was a good show and I think tons of people would've liked Mockingbird Wish Me Luck.

I don't think the Sunday excuse can work. The Perfect Future show in January was on a Sunday night (and right before college classes started) and there was still a good amount of people.

i didnt know it was an excuse. i was just saying that sundays or weeknights usually arent the best times to have shows since most out of town people would be less willing to go.

I guess I was just going off the attendence of the first "easy listening" show we had where waay more people showed up than we expected.

i had to work for this show, but I came over on my lunch break to watch Mockingbird, but they took forever to play so I only saw 3 songs. They were really good though, so good. Did anyone talk to them at all? i never got a chance too, because I had to drive back to work as fast as I could so I wouldn't be late.

I talked to them for a little bit. They were driving all the way back to Ontario right after the show because they had to work in the morning.

I like Mockingbird a lot and really would have liked to go, but I just didn't think it was really worth the toll it would have taken on my gas tank, considering I was planning on heading to Michigan the next weekend. Sorry. Crying or Very sad
