August 3rd - TPT, Perfect Future, Enzuigiri, Pigeonholes, Mike Lutz

Mike Lutz - Big crowd. Like back when he first started playing these shows.

Pigeonholes - Just needed to be in tune.

Enzuigiri - I usually hate our sets when we play here, but I was okay with this one.

Perfect Future - Holy fucking crap! That was...perfect (BOOOOOO). Like a completely different band than the last time they played here.

TPT - Never thought I'd see a Bridge singalong at the Space Pocket in 2010.


HOLY SHIT THIS TURNOUT WAS WILD! Perfect Future got paid real well, nothing got fucked with, lots of old and new faces, people actually watched bands. Good times.

First time seeing three of these bands. Mike Lutz was awesome, his cd's that I bought are very enjoyable. Mike Lutz also ruined Pigeonholes set. They promised they'd be in tune next week, but I still digged them out of tune. Enzuigiri was super good, been a long while since I've seen them. Perfect Future was a lot fun, and I enjoyed them. TPT was extremely nostalgic. I'm not sure how I feel that they played songs that I don't remember too well. Depends on how you look at. I saw a lot of people I haven't seen in years that I went to high school with, mixed feelings again. Some ignored me, felt just like high school again. Overall, a pretty good time.

Mike - Good guy, good tunes. I need to pick up a CD soon.

Pigeonholes - Despite being out of tune, I loved it. Gimme moar.

Enzuigiri - Terrible. Per usual.

Perfect Future - I couldn't take the heat so I sat outside, but from what I heard it sounded pretty alright.

TPT - Managed to make me feel like a 14 year old girl. Good job guys!

Mike Lutz - Really strong set from Mike last night. That newer song of his is so good, I love it.

Pigeonholes - I absolutely love this band. In tune or not, this band is doing something right. I need to see them a bunch more times, and they need to record.

Enzuigiri - Again, really strong set. Pretty much just went smooth as all get out.

Perfect Future - My God, this set was absolutely nuts. I loved them last time they came through, but last night blew the first time away. Seriously, that was a great freakin' set.

TPT - Man this was weird. Really good time, I sang along to about everything, but it was seriously like stepping back in time.

Attendance was great! Great show all the way through.

Mike - I've wanted to see him for a while after hearing songs online, and holy shit did it not disappoint...I'm late to the party and way more stoked than i should be on the songs he's writing.

Pigeonholes - I know its stupid, but I think drunk and out of tune is how some rock and roll should be played. I don't know anyone whose musical opinion I respect that isn't really excited about this band

Enzuigiri - I can never find the right words to describe them, so I'll say the first ones that come to my mind: Shaving Cream, Coke Slut, Point Guard, Romance Novel

Perfect Future - I didn't expect to like this as much as I did, but I really dug this shit.


I couldn't believe how good the bands on this show were. I hope it encourages some of the people (me included) who have kinda dropped off the face of the earth to resurface, because there's some great shit going on right now.

this show was a lot of fun. mike great as always, that last song is killer. our set was...yah know. haha. i swear, i need to learn how to tune a guitar. or get an electric tuner, whatever. enzuigiri, heavy as shit and great music. perfect future, can't wait till they come back to parkersburg, they were way better than i remember. tpt, wow unbelievable turnout to see this band. i get the hype, they're really good. unfortunately it was way too crowded inside so i had to stand outside, but it sounded fantastic still.

all in all it was a great time, and a great show. how many yum yums did you stuff down adam?

I had an awesome time at this show.I had lots of fun playing. Lots of good music to listen to. Mike did a great job, as always. Pigeonholes have got everything going for them, just need a tuner. Perfect future...........holy shit....

Hopefully we can have more shows with this type of attendance in the future.
