give it to me

so weird how a lot of you guys own cool pedals that could be put to really, really good use in the type of music that you make, and yr just all "nahh, it's just in a closet." swag ass motherfuckers

if i was in enzuigiri i would use that thing in a really hilarious way every single time a slow part started, just letting a note sustain, a'la the "breakdown" in 77 in october's glucose ultimatum

It's just kind of a hassle with the extra pickup and everything, plus it would actually be best to have an extra amp dedicated just to the midi out on that thing =[

just in case yall don't know, this band was better than the minus tide and they were in high school when they did this.

i hear they might have been kind of bad live though. someone confirm/deny. derrick, basically asking you to talk about 77.

does it sound good, though? i've never even seen one of those, but i've never personally played with something made by roland that didn't sound good.

Some of the patches are really fucking cheesy, and at times it loses some of it's responsive, but it's definitely sweet. I had it setting in the case for a long time cause I never used it, but I can't bring myself to sell it.

yeah, i feel like a huge nerd selling/buying/trading so much of my stuff. i feel like there's always going ot be a use for something, unless it's one of those dano food pedals (except the fish n chips) cuz those things are terrible. i bet you could make it do some really awesome shit inside of a feedback loop

Did you become a Smash Mouth cover band? If so I'm going to be pissed because I definitely wanted to play in that.

traded my dd-20 for one. kind of regret it so far, but i guess we'll see. the delays of the dd-20 are way more tweakable, for sure, but they sound more organic with this thing. the looping is better on this too, being able to send it in half time or reverse, not to mention being able to bring it back after stopping it. i need to spend more time with it i guess.

if anybody is interested, i know somebody who has a headrush for $100. i was going to buy it, but simply can't afford it now : /

Do all the stompbox switch thingies work on this? Everyone I've ever known (myself included) has had the tap-tempo shit the bed on them. Curious if they've fixed that or if it's a "fuck that, deal with it" type of thing.

replacing those cheap switches is really easy if you even remotely know how to solder.

Yeah some of the swithches need replaced, but other than that I've really liked using it so far.

Anyone trying to get rid of a single kick-pedal for cheap? The one I have now doesn't work very well.

This pedal sounded so cool at the Delay show. I was curious to what it was.
