I love both, minus Crack The Skye. I cannot get into that album at all.

I think if almost any other band besides Mastodon had recorded it, I could probably get into it better. It just didn't have any of the elements that I like about them. No "crushing" heavy parts, really tame drumming in comparison to all their early stuff, all clean vocals/no yelling, etc.

Baroness by far. I love all Mastodon except Crack the Skye (some of the worst vocals I've ever heard), but Baroness is one of my favorite bands ever.
