We've had these kinds of threads before, but whatever. It's that time again when the amount of venues we can continue having shows at is getting slim. What are some new places we could start having shows and what's the current status on the venues we've been using/have used in the past?

I'm pretty sure that there is a plce in the works in Huntington to have all ages shows. The Brickhouse is still open, and there is a hosue in Proctorville that is going to start having more regular shows.

Houses that I know of that we can still have shows at The Belly Of The Beast, The Space Pocket (not much longer so I understand), The Mosh Hut (hopefully this summer), Shane's house (Procterville), 5th Ave house (Huntington). I don't know where else as far as houses go.
Venues that I know we can use as usual The Brickhouse, and there's a new place in Huntington called Fred Jr's Memorial Pool Hall & Wrestling that their doing shows at now.

Old places I can remember; Rt.47 Community Building, Marietta American Legion, The G-Spot, Vienna Community Building, City Park, Marietta Skatepark, Lubeck Civic Center, Williamstown American Legion.

I know there's more, but I can't remember right now. Anyone else? Running low (a good ol' fashion venue thread) Icon_lol

The G-Spot

You need someone from that club at Marietta College to set it up. My "in" was Jasmine Rogers, then she graduated. I know Drew Hicks was part of it also but he has also graduated.

Theres a concrete bowl, and they're making plans of a street set. Hopefully that goes up soon so I can actually fucking skate there.

Edit: I might be able to find an in with someone at MC to get the G-Spot. And how could people forget Goodfellows park???
